What’s New in Digital Banking

HBL Bank UK digital banking is designed to simplify the way you bank. It enables you to conduct banking from the comfort of your home by using a personal computer or your smart phone.



  • Access from both PC and mobile phone. Mobile access through an application for both i0S and android
  • Access to account statement, transaction details and statement download facility
  • Transfer funds domestically and internationally
  • Check and cancel your direct debits
  • Secured messaging to communicate with the bank,
  • Schedule and amend recurring payments View Loan balances
  • Beneficiary management
  • Limit management
  • Secured features supported by touch/face-ID* as well as soft token generation for convenient two-factor authentication for all key transactions
  • Back end support for corporate users offering bulk uploads and dual authorization of transactions
  • Update contact details such as email address and mobile number

How to Register

There is a one-time registration process for first-time users. The following will be required for registration:

  • Access to a personal computer and smartphone
  • You must have provided your mobile number which must be updated in the bank’s record
  • Access to your mobile phone with the registered number
  • You need to know your customer number as it will be
    required for registration

    will be guided through the registration process.

During registration, you will also be able to download and register our mobile app. Once this process has been
completed successfully, for your enhanced security, you will be needing access to your registered mobile app for all future logins and key financial transactions

All registered users can access HBL UK digital banking from their personal computers and smartphones
