No, a Debit Card can only be issued to a HBL Individual Current Account.
After three unsuccessful PIN entry attempts in the POS machine your card pin will be temporarily blocked. To reset the PIN for your HBL UK Debit Card, please visit any ATM insert the card and use Pin Service to unblock your pin and enter the correct pin.

HBL UK Debit Card is internationally accepted at retail outlets where MasterCard, Visa cards are accepted. It is also acceptable at all ATMs abroad that carry the MasterCard and Visa logos. You can view your account details and withdraw cash with the same ATM PIN that is used in your home country.

Once they receive the form after completing all required due diligence, they will issue a debit card to you. Or you can visit your closest branch.

Yes, you can request your branch through a written request for E-statement Form.
Yes, you can request your branch for paper statements.
To stop E-Statements please send written request your branch or visit your branch.
For E-statement registration please download the E-Statement form from our website https://www.hblbankuk.com and fill all required fields and sign it and send it to your concerned branch through email/post. Once they received the form after completing all required due diligence, they will register you for E-Statement. Or alternately, please visit your nearest branch.

E-Swift

For E-swift registration please download E-Swift form from our website https://www.hblbankuk.com fill all required fields and sign it and send it to your concerned branch through email/post. General Questions

Call the HBL UK Contact Centre at 0044 (0) 344 809 4258 to lodge a complaint. The Bank shall ensure that complaints are responded to by mail or phone within 03 business days. Meanwhile, we assure you that your complaint will be resolved, no later than 45 business days.

Once they received the form after completing all required due diligence, they will create internet banking profile for you and user ID and password communicate to you through email. Or alternatively, please visit your nearest branch.

Web browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome support HBL UK Internet Banking. Internet Banking works on a normal PC / Laptop but not on an apple iMAC or iPAD or any other iOS device.
After registration, use your Login ID, Activation Password and link to login for the first time. Create your Login Password. Minimum length of password is 14 characters and it should include an upper case, lowercase, numeric number and special character Please note the following:

Payments

You can submit a written request or an Additional Request Form to your nearest branch mentioning clearly the change in your details.
Yes, there is charges for transferring funds from a HBL UK account to other Bank Account.
Please download Fax Indemnity form from our website https://www.hblbankuk.com and fill all required fields and sign it and send it to your concerned branch through email/post. Or alternatively, please visit your nearest branch.
If you are unable to attend the call, we will hold the payment until you call back to us at 0044 (0) 344 809 4258 and verify the payment.
